Our team immersed within the adidas team by producing focus groups, 1:1 interviews with senior leadership, and by conducting a full Brand Audit. Based on extensive internal and external research, we built a user journey and updated programs, nomenclature, brand visuals, and cultural processes to reflect the new way adidas worked.
In collaboration with the Global People Strategy Team, we built an employee playbook, which included updated language, program positioning, and voice and tone guidelines, which enabled anyone within Human Resources to understand the adidas employer brand.
